Kathleen Doody

Kathleen Doody has been creating pebble mosaics for over 12 years in her studio on Toronto Island. She draws inspiration from pebbles she finds on Lake Ontario beaches, and beyond.  In 2009 Kathleen studied with Maggy Howarth at her studio in England. In 2018 and again in 2022 Kathleen was an artist-in-residence at the Olive Stack Gallery in Listowel, Ireland. In November 2021, she installed her 42”x72” Threshold mosaic at the Ruins Project in Pennsylvania. Two instructional videos that Kathleen created with Mosaic Arts Online were released this year.
